We deliver our bouquets from Monday to Sunday, from 8am to 9pm. You can choose the delivery date and time when placing your order. We will do our best to deliver your flowers at the requested time and, if an emergency occurs, our managers will contact you immediately. If no delivery time is specified, we will deliver the flowers during our normal delivery hours.
If you need to change the delivery date or time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to satisfy your request as soon as possible.
We deliver flowers every day of the week, including weekends and holidays. However, in some countries and cities, delivery may not be available on certain holidays. Check with our managers to ensure we can deliver your order on time.
We offer three delivery methods: standard delivery, next day delivery and same day delivery. You can choose the delivery method when placing your order. Delivery fee and estimated delivery time will be displayed before confirming your order.
We can deliver your flowers to hotels, restaurants and other public places. Be sure to specify the correct address and room number when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failure if you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information.
You can request a refund if the bouquet you received is significantly different from the one you ordered. To get a refund, please send us photos of the bouquet you received within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your complaint and contact you as soon as possible.
